How long will I have to wait for my blinds to be fitted?
Your blinds will be ready to be fitted two to fourweeks after you placed your order. Your advisor will arrange the fitting time with you when you place your order.
What do I need to do before the fitting?
Before the fitting, please clear the window area and make sure that any existing blinds or curtains are taken down.
How long will a blind fitting take?
This depends upon the type of order you have placed. Your advisor will be able to inform you but typically done within the day.
Will my advisor return to fit?
This is usually the case, although there may be circumstances when someone else needs to do the fitting, for example if your advisor is ill. Some advisors work with a partner who will carry out the fitting. They will let you know about this when they are booking the fit appointment.
